The AmLight team will migrate the SDN controller in the environment. Impacts are not expected. The entire window is reserved.

The 100G backup link between Miami and Jacksonville is down. Our provider was contacted. A planned maintenance window was supposed to finish at 6 am EST, but we continue to see our link down. This ticket will be updated as soon as we get more information from our provider. 

The services are up and using the primary path. 

The Internet2 will execute an MW that will impact all our Academic access. Brief outages may occur.

The AmLight team will execute a Maintenance Window on Feb 26, from 6 pm to 10 pm EST, for Jacksonville’s rack reorganization.

We expect a few short downtimes during the entire MW, affecting the Academic VLANs ending at Internet2. The academic access will be switched to the 10G backup link. The commercial access won't be affected.

AMPATH Engineers will perform improvements in our BGP configuration to enhance security on peers' establishment. During the maintenance window, peers may experience brief downtime.

The FLR 100Gb link will be unavailable while AMPATH Engineers perform a maintenance. AMPATH Engineers will perform the migration of the FLR 100Gb link to a new switch. Due to the redundancy in place, no outages are expected.

The East link between Miami and Jacksonville is down. All services were switched to the West link and remain working properly. Our provider informed a fiber cut between Jacksonville FL and Orlando FL (suspect construction related activities are causing this issue).

The West link between Miami and Jacksonville is down. All services were switched to the East link and remain working properly. Our provider informed a fiber cut due to construction work. No ETR was informed.

The backup connection to Internet2 is down. The Academic services continue to use the primary connection and weren't affected. Our provider was contacted.

Fiber provider Lumen will be working with the FLR NOC to investigate high span loss on the Tampa to Miami backbone segment between Deem City/South Bay and Moore Haven/Goodno. Outages may occur.

The Ampath team will execute a maintenance window at Miami to migrate our switches' management subnet to the FW.

Although the entire window is reserved, we didn’t expect an extended downtime during the migration.

The Ampath team will execute a maintenance window at Miami to migrate all flows from the trunk between SW01 and SW02 to the trunk between SW04 and SW05.

The primary link between AmLight and Internet2 for Academic Access went down. Our provider was contacted.  All services were switched to the backup path.

The backup link for Academic Access to Internet2 went down for a few minutes. The primary link was stable during this time and no service was impacted. The reason for the outage is pending.

AmLight team will execute a Maintenance Window for the MX204 RT05 Commissioning Phase 2 – Migrate Connectors.

BGP flaps are expected during the activity.

The 100G connection with Internet2 is down, due to a failure between Orlando and Titusville. No estimated time of recovery was provided yet. 

There will be a maintenance between Orlando and Jacksonville, FL, that could impact the access of all users to the Academic Network, using Internet2 connection.
